In group yoga classes we unwind into the present moment whilst giving ourselves the opportunity to focus on our physical and mental well-being. We will begin with a short meditation and gradually move into more dynamic postures to open up our body and relieve any stiffness, slowly easing our way into Savasanah and then sealing our practice.

Private 1-on-1 Yoga classes are great for getting a much deeper experience as I give all my attention to you. Whether you want an energizing class, or something much more grounded and relaxed, private classes are tailor made just for you. Reach your highest potential with a rewarding experience and one that's unique to you and much more fulfilling, right in the comfort of your home or venue of your choice.

With more and more workplaces introducing Wellness Programs, Corporate yoga classes are becoming more popular in the office space. We all know by now that sitting in a chair for an extended period of time whilst staring at the screen in front is causing a number of health problems such as low back pain and sciatica. In addition, the stress that comes from the workplace is detrimental to the overall health and accounts for almost 90% of patient's reason for visiting the doctor's office. Prevention is better than cure, and by incorporating yoga and wellness programs as part of the company's culture, your employees will feel taken care of whilst being more in control of their own health with less number of sick days. When companies go the extra mile to take care of their staff's well-being, they will be more inclined to be emotionally invested in the company's visions and increase in performance.

Take your experience to a higher level by suspending your fears and letting it all go. Aerial Yoga is a great way to try something new and exciting, and be actually able to FLY! The classes are specifically designed for those new to the practice, where I will go through a series of postures which will help build a strong foundation. With dozens of accessible postures, you will slowly build strength, flexibility and agility all whilst having fun!
